locator
During the early stages of COVID-19, I worked on the Westpac app’s branch locator experience.
The focus was not only to help customers find open branches and ATMs but also to guide them towards self-serve options within the app.
This helped reduce unnecessary trips and provided a smoother, safer experience for users by promoting in-app solutions where possible.
Westpac Banker tool
I worked on two internal tools for Westpac bankers: one focused on rate uploads and the other on simplifying content management.
The rate upload tool helped streamline and automate the process of updating rates, while the content management tool made it easier for bankers to manage and update content more efficiently.
